All visitors who are not rostered employees at this site (including area managers, head office staff, contractors, incursion providers, authorised officers, and other external professionals) are required to read and agree to the following before entering the service. Parents/guardians performing routine drop-off/pick-up are exempt unless remaining onsite beyond this. 

By signing into the service, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following: 

 

Photography and Videography 

• I will not take photos or videos of children, young people, or staff without the explicit consent of the Responsible Person. 
• I will comply with the organisation’s Photography and Videography Policy. 
• I will place a sticker or blocker over the camera of any personal device while onsite (provided to me by the service). 
• When not in active use, my device will be stored securely away from children or kept in my pocket/bag. 

 

Child Safety 

• I will always follow the directions of staff and comply with all site safety procedures and emergency instructions. 
• I will treat children, young people, staff, and other visitors with respect. 
• I will not bring items that may pose a risk to children and young people or staff. 
• I will remain in designated areas unless accompanied by staff. 
• Children and young people will not be left unsupervised with me under any circumstances. 
• I will not engage in physical contact with a child or young person under any circumstances.  

 

Health and Hygiene 

• I will comply with all current health and hygiene protocols (e.g., handwashing, illness exclusion, mask requirements if applicable). 

 

Confidentiality 

• I will respect the confidentiality and privacy of children/ young people, families, and staff. 
• I will not record, share, or communicate any confidential information about the service, children/ young people, or staff outside of authorised purposes. 

 

Emergency Procedures and Reporting 

• I will familiarise myself with emergency exits, alarms, and procedures on arrival. 
• I will follow staff instructions in any emergency situation. 
• I will report any accident, injury, or near miss immediately to a staff member. 

 

Compliance 

• I will comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies while onsite.
