Your Login Attempt for TERRIE was unsuccessful
TERRIE is the TheirCare Intranet system, a place for all employees to access information about working with us and to connect with other employees. Information contained in this site includes all operational and organisational policies and templates.
To access this platform you need to utilise your own TheirCare issued email account (ending in @theircare.edu.au) and the associated password.
Why am i seeing this page?
Your log in attempt has failed as the account you are trying to sign in with does not match one of the approved users within the TERRIE/Microsoft platform.
When you clicked the SSO option the system thinks you are trying to sign in with the wrong account. This tends to happen on shared devices such as the service laptop.
This must be your own/individual account and not the service one (if you are yet to transfer to the new kiosk system).
If you are attempting to access the platform from a service device:
Our new kiosk laptop will resolve this, however these are slowly being distributed. In the meantime you can get around this by using one of the following options:
1. (PREFERRED) Signing out of the service account then switching to your own
Go to emails.theircare.edu.au, select the user in the top corner and select log out. Then log back in with your own account.
2. Use an alternative browser such as Edge for your own work email account.
3. Set up a new user profile in Chrome for your own work account by clicking on the circle in the top right corner.

If you are trying to log in with your own account but it is not working:
Check your username and password is correct. If this still does not resolve the issue email ithelpdesk@theircare.com.au.
