We offer part-time, full-time and casual roles so it will depend on your contract. For every role, we pay above the industry award rate, because it’s important that our staff are compensated for the important work they do.
We have programs in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. You can choose to work at one school, or pick up shifts at multiple schools. We also have programs in regional schools.

The core focus for the Educator role is direct supervision of the children in our services, as well as assisting in the delivery of our programs. As an Educator, you have a commitment to ensure the safety of the children whilst having fun and being playful. You will be involved in the programming, run the activities, play games, and ensure we are providing a safe and welcoming environment for our families. Working closely with the service Coordinator, you’ll assist to create exciting and engaging activities that foster children’s imagination and confidence. Our Coordinators are managers of their own service. It is their responsibility to manage all administration tasks including (but not limited to) programming, menu planning, medical documentation management, staff management, community engagement & day to day compliance of their service. As a Coordinator, you will be involved in the development and delivery of exceptional and innovative programs, running the activities, playing games & ensuring we are providing a safe and welcoming environment for our families. Our Coordinators build great relationships within the school community and beyond and are directly supported by their Area Manager and Operations Manager. TheirCare Coordinators are dedicated to making a difference in the growth and development of children. Career progression opportunities exist from time to time for our Coordinators to step up into an Area Manager role.

Our Area Managers are responsible for the management and oversight of between 9 to 12 TheirCare services. They are the Nominated Supervisors at these services. It is their responsibility to lead, support and guide a team of Coordinators and Educators at each of these services. They oversee compliance, safety, and programming across their services. The exciting and diverse Area Manager roles report into the Operations Managers at Head Office. As an Area Manager you will be very experienced and knowledgeable of the OSHC sector and have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law & Regulations.
