The registration process is normally completed within 25 minutes.
After you have completed your first child you can click "Add child" to add an additional child to your account.
The National Quality Framework mandates the information that TheirCare must collect to register the child. This enables TheirCare to make sure that we understand your child’s needs, wants and particulars to provide the best level of care.
You can still complete your registration and update your details when you receive your CRN at a later date. Just leave the field blank in the registration.
A CRN is a Centrelink reference number and is needed to apply for rebates. Various subsidies are available from the government to reduce the cost to families for using outside school care services.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is applied based on your family income, which is assessed by the Department of Human Services.

Child Care Subsidy reduces your out of pocket fees for parents which is a subsidy paid by the government on your behalf to the provider via Services Australia (Centrelink). Parents are then charged the “Gap” after subsidy is applied to your account.
