Position Description:
Our Coordinators are managers of their own service. It is their responsibility to manage all administration tasks including (but not limited to) programming, menu planning, medical documentation management, staff management, community engagement & day to day compliance of their service. As a Coordinator, you will be involved in the development and delivery of exceptional and innovative programs, running the activities, playing games & ensuring we are providing a safe and welcoming environment for our families. Our Coordinators build great relationships within the school community and beyond and are directly supported by their Area Manager and Operations Manager. TheirCare Coordinators are dedicated to making a difference in the growth and development of children. Career progression opportunities exist from time to time for our Coordinators to step up into an Area Manager role.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be working towards or have completed a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
- Hold an Employee Working With Children’s Check
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR)
